So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. I did not apply for credit nor give consent for my information to be used, therefore these are fraudulent opened by someone using my identity and reporting it is a violation of the FCRA. I didn't enroll or apply for this. This is a violation of my consumer rights under 15 USC 1681b. I never gave consent to this being reported, therefore it is identity theft and under 15 USC 1681 c-1 and per 15 USC 1681 c-2 any item identified as identity theft must be deleted and blocked. Furthermore, Pursuant to 18 USC 8, I owe no debt. This com pany is violating my consumer rights to privacy pursuant to 15 USC 1681b 2. company has also NO permission to report ANYTHING using my info pursuant to 15USC 1681 4
