Dear Credit Management LP Section 15 USC 1692g ( a ) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act states that a debt collector must send within 5 days after initial communication with a consumer, validation of debt that contains a statement that unless a consumer disputes the validity of a debt or any portion then the debt will be assumed to be valid, must send the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed, and the name of the original creditor if different from the current creditor. I am unaware of this debt I also need to State I never received this notice prior to this being placed on my consumer report. If you believe your company sent out this notice according to the fcra then please produce my signed signature return green receipt which came via certified mail from your company. If youre not able to produce this simple information that Im requesting to prove your company in fact sent this notice to me and follow the law you must delete this account off my credit report immediately from all credit reporting agencies such as XXXX XXXX and XXXX
