Ive called Ginnys Credit Department over 10 different times to get this issue resolved. Ginnys merged an old account that was discharged in a XXXX XXXXXXXX Bankruptcy to my current, new established account. I am unable to make my regular payments because I can not see my current account nor make my regular XXXX payment because it shows Im 354 days past due. The accounts have been merged together. They keep telling me for the past 2 months they are trying to resolve but today I received an alert that they reported my account past due with the credit bureaus.
