XX/XX/2024 I made an extra payment of {$5000.00} to go directly to XXXX and they are not applying it correctly because I also made my regular payment on XX/XX/2024 {$1300.00} when I check my account is charging my initial debt the same. I have been calling since XXXX and I have not been able to get a resolution. Today I checked my account again and it says I have to pay until XXXX taking that payment as a regular payment.
