On XX/XX/year> I was offered a position with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and my background check was performed by checkr. Not only was there charges on the report that were XXXX ( XXXX ) years old, and another that was XXXX ( XXXX ) years old they were closed cases with time served and then the one they claim was the only XXXX in question although they wanted an explanation for all charges on the report, was just a little over XXXX ( XXXX ) years old it too was closed, and time served and my DEBT was paid. Furthermore, none of these charges had any Baisis on me being able to perform the job duties, which violates USC 15 section 1681 ( 2 ) k. So, I waited till today when the head of HR would be back into the office so they can decide if they were going to violate my Rights or continue to extend the already signed offer letter. they choose to violate USC 15 section 1681 ( 2 ) k instead of honoring their offer.
