I own a XXXX XXXX Credit Card through Comenity Bank. On XXXX I paid the total balance due of {$190.00} on or before the due date. This was to pay off the total amount due on the card. There was additional interest and fees that Comenity Bank tacked on, and I was unaware of at this point. I did work with the company to make an additional payment of payment of {$11.00} on XXXX. I didn't think that I owed that but may have made a mistake. After the payment on XXXX they have tacked on {$150.00} ( as of XXXX ) in late fees and interest with a {$0.00} balance owed on the card. Comenity Bank refuses to work with me by removing these late fees and interest on no purchases. I had asked to cancel my credit card with them, and they have not cancelled it, and I am not going to pay for junk fees they keep tacking on. Comenity Bank has decided to retaliate on my XXXX XXXX XXXX by reducing my spending limit from {$1400.00} to {$100.00} as of XXXX. Both of my store cards with Comenity Bank I have paid on time. Please help in resolving this issue so I can be done with Comenity bank once and for all.
