In XXXX We ended our XXXX XXXX XXXX service due to poor service, reception and connectivity issues at our home area. We returned our phones to XXXX XXXX XXXX as directed by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are claiming they only received XXXX of the XXXX phones ( they were sent together in the same box ). XXXX XXXX XXXX tried to charge us {$630.00} for the missing phone and we refused based upon our returning it via XXXX. We were advised to go to XXXX to get another receipt, the XXXX store in MI advised they can not put up former receipts without specific previous shipping/tracking numbers. This was been going on for over XXXX. We have done exactly what was asked of us by XXXX XXXX XXXX and request some relief with this matter. XXXX XXXX XXXX has now posted a $ XXXX derogatory credit mark on my credit report, we are in the middle of attempting to purchase a home and were declined as a result of the unknown credit mark by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
