Santander Consumer USA improperly shared my nonpublic personal information ( NPI ), specifically my payment history, with XXXX without my consent and in violation of privacy provisions under the GLBA. XXXX also violated consumer protection laws by accepting and using this unauthorized information. Details : 1. Nature of Information Shared : o The information shared includes detailed aspects of my payment history, such as on-time payments, late payments, and missed payments. This constitutes nonpublic personal information ( NPI ) as defined under 15 U.S.C. 6809, which includes " personally identifiable financial information. '' 2.
