I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that I had a late payment reporting on an account. The company has made violated legal agreements and I never gave permission to report on my credit report. This company XXXX policy clearly states they will only report on-time payments which I also didn't authorize that. Please investigate this matter and provide proof that this company acted in compliance with contract and policy. If proof can't be provided I demand this account be removed completely from my credit report or updated to on time.
