I called BMW financial services to work out a plan to avoid repossession of my vehicle. They indicated to me that I owe almost XXXX XXXX dollars more than the monthly payments " missed ''. I indicated to them the amount that I am able to pay today and wanted to set up a payment for later this week. The very rude customer service associate told me there is nothing she can do and that I owe XXXX. However, my most recent email about a " bill '' indicated that I " owe '' {$4400.00}. There are many discrepancies in terms of what is " owed '' and what is fabricated. She proceeded to tell me that this includes late payment fees and Fees from a previous repossession several years ago. I told her that I paid everything when the vehicle was previously repossessed because they would not release it to me with out making a more than XXXX XXXX dollar payment. I asked her why they are charging me again and she indicated that is what I have to pay. She indicated that I need to pay XXXX immediately but that doesn't ' stop me from repossession. BMW are scammers, they are consistently charging erroneous fees and refuse to make payment plans with their customers. They have very deceptive practices, which need to be stopped. Their customer service agents are rude and not helpful. I would like to come to a peaceful resolution but it is clear that BMW does not want that.
