Per the FCRA as a federally protected consumer I am now opting out of any and all authorization I the consumer may have given to anyone listed below written, unwritten, verbal, and nonverbal per 15 USC 6802. I am invoking my rights under 15 USC 6802 to opt out of the disclosure of my information. The following items listed below are all in violation of my privacy rights under the Privacy Rights Act of 1974, also 15 USC 6801, 15 USC 6805 and 15 USC 6802 obligation to disclosure of personal Information. XXXX, EQUIFAX, XXXX and also all the companies listed below should be penalized for there unlawful actions violating my rights, all are guilty of either reporting or disclosing my information. I Have attached a report of my credit report from all XXXX bureaus and you will be able to see the proof of discrepancy within the credit bureaus. All the credit bureaus are reporting different dates of accounts being open, different charge offs, payment history, all inaccurate reporting violating 15 USC 1681. Each violation is subject to {$1000.00} fine per violation made by each party involved. XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Late Payment reporting by XXXX, EQUIFAX, and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX of XXXX and also XXXX of XXXX. Completely in violation of 15 USC 1681 inaccurate reporting, 15 USC 6801 illegal to report transaction history, 15 USC 6802 disclosure of personal information. I signed a privacy agreement with this bank that they wouldn't disclose my information to a third party company and all three credit bureaus are third party companies, therefore illegal to report of my credit file. The bank can't disclose my information and the credit bureaus can't report it. They both owe for compensation. This inaccurate charge off is in violation of 15 USC 1681 inaccurate reporting and is being reported by a third party debt collector which is now a " certificate of indebtedness '' which means it is now income and can not be reported to my credit report as it in violation of the law. This violation is also subject to a {$1000.00} fine if not removed immediately. However this company got my information, they violated my rights by disclosing it to the credit bureaus and the credit bureaus violated my rights by reporting it to my credit report. This inaccurate charge off is in violation of 15 USC 1681 inaccurate reporting and is being reported by a third party debt collector which is now a " certificate of indebtedness '' which means it is now income and can not be reported to my credit report as it in violation of the law. However this company obtained my information, they violated my rights by disclosing it to the credit bureaus and the credit bureaus violated my rights by reporting it to my credit report.
