To whom it may concern : This is my complaint regarding Experian credit bureau. Please send this letter to the credit bureau, it is pretty self explanatory. I have perfect credit and I have for years, I don't need to use it much but I do try to keep it in good shape. I want to know why for no reason at all that my credit score dropped XXXX points on XX/XX/year>, it dropped from XXXX down to XXXX. I have {$50000.00} in credit available to me, I only owe about {$1500.00} to date. All of my accounts are never late or they are not paid as agreed, everything is always paid on time, then out of no where my score drops, how can they say even though your XXXX score may change, this does not affect your credit worthiness. Example : My understanding is today my credit score is XXXX but tomorrow my score drops down to XXXX and my Experian credit bureau is good, is that going to help me as much as if the score was XXXX. I need this explained to me, none of this makes sense. I can't seem to to get that XXXX or XXXX XXXX score no matter how hard I tried. I dedicate my financial status around getting XXXX or XXXX on all of my credit bureaus. The phone numbers that I have tried calling to discuss this with are ( XXXX ) XXXX and ( XXXX ) XXXX I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Experian for the last 3 days only getting the same results, nothing. When I have tried calling it says thank you for calling Experian, then it asks for my information XXXX or 3 times before getting me over to the automated line. I then request to speak with a representative, but I get no where, not even a transfer to where I can get any help, this is very time consuming and unorganized. I do not have this issue with XXXX or XXXX, I want to be able to find out what I need to do from here to get my scores back up to where they need to be and be able to talk with a live person and not an automated computer when I call Experian.
