I am so confused about your credit bureaus investigation on the account, that I am again writing this letter to dispute the fraudulent account on my credit report. As you have known, I have submitted the required FTC report I filed on Federal Trade Commission regarding the fraudulent account on my reoprt and upon submission, XXXX and XXXX removed the said account on their records. I also contacted the company associated with this account and they said they have removed the account, so my question is : why is the account still reporting on your bureau? It is important to note that as a credit bureau, you are legally obligated to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of your records.
