I used my CashApp prepaid card to place a security deposit at XXXX XXXX. Each time in the past I have done this ( approx XXXX times ) it has taken XXXX weeks for the funds to make it back to my account. The last time it took 30 days to get my money back and the current time it has been XXXX days so far. I did the exact same transaction with my XXXX card on the XXXX and had the funds added back to my account on the XXXX. It is not the merchant holding the funds. I have spoken with them multiple times. It is cashapp holding my money for a month without paying me any interest and against my wishes. Anytime I inquire or try to file a dispute they say I can't do anything because the transaction is pending. Which is bull. Even the vendor says they have completed it.
