To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Radius Global Solutions, LLC for their debt collection practices, which I believe violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), specifically 15 U.S.C. 1692g. **This debt is not mine and is not owed**. Then on XX/XX/year> I received another monitoring alert from XXXX XXXX that I have adverse information reported that a collection account could be impacting your XXXX XXXX changing from exceptional to good, dropping my score by XXXX points, which is significantly and negatively impacting my XXXX XXXX Upon reviewing my credit report via XXXX XXXX, a company that I never heard of " Radius Global Solutions LLC, name appeared I then noticed Radius Global Solutions is attempting to collect an alleged debt they claim I owe. The reference number for this notice is # XXXX, and the amount they are attempting to collect is { {$410.00} }. I hereby dispute the validity of the alleged debt and the original debtor listed was XXXX, due to several factors, one being this is not owed, along with the following consumer violations : Radius Global Solutions lacks authorization to pursue debt collections in Arizona, my state of residence. Consequently, any pursuit of this alleged debt contravenes state regulations A collection shall not report as open on a credit report and have a past due balance reporting unpaid debt to the 3 nationwide consumer credit reporting agencies XXXX, XXXX and XXXX The FDCPA prohibits debt collectors from using abusive, unfair or deceptive practices to collect debts from me the consumer The amount of the debt ; The name of the creditor to whom the debt is allegedly owed is a fraudulent collection attempt Radius Global Solutions have failed to provide any proof of this debt, including a detailed payment history, my signature on a contract, any insurance claim filed on this debt According to 15 U.S.C. 1692g, within five days after the initial communication with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt, a debt collector shall, unless the following information is contained in the initial communication or the consumer has paid the debt, send the consumer a written notice Despite my best efforts, I have been unable to resolve this matter directly with XXXX, and XXXX credit reporting agencies XXXX XXXX XXXX and Radius Global Solutions a Third-Party Collection Agency. From when I called Radius Global Solution to have this collection removed, the representative was extremely rude and kept hanging up on me, to just listening to me saying hello and breathing on the phone, to contacting XXXX the alleged original creditors Fraud Dept, when I submitted my official fraud complaint, and spoke to XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who stated on XX/XX/year>, after a XXXX phone call, CONFIRMED there is absolutely no money owed XXXX continued the call stated that XXXX has notated my account and will no longer be reporting to collection agency, or continue billing, then she confirmed she showed in their system confirmation that I had return the equipment on XX/XX/year>, and there is no debt owed and that the system had missed the documentation that the internet equipment had been received and provided me confirmation # XXXX and informed me that my closed account was satisfied and to expect to hear back from XXXX with an email confirmation that this adverse and inaccurate information would no longer be reporting this to the collection agency, as they had been informed to stop all collection efforts. Unfair to me as of this writing I have yet to receive such email information. However, this negative collection information still was put on my credit report and was sent to a Radius Global Solution collection agency, after several months of knowing, I had returned the equipment confirmation # XXXX XXXXXXXX to Sales Rep # XXXX named XXXX XXXX XX/XX/year> @ XXXX MST, who at the time stated that he overrode their XXXX system for proof of return of equipment and I will no longer be billed and due a partial refund. Because this has had a huge adverse effect not only to my XXXX XXXX but to my futures livelihood and overall well-being. This removal is crucial for me to move forward with my financial endeavors and my familys future security and my right to be freed from abusive and unfair deceptive practices from Radius Global Solutions, a Third-Party Collection Agency. If this is not deleted from all the mentioned above, then due to all the above entitles me to financial compensation if Radius Global Solutions and to both XXXX XXXX XXXX Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies, and XXXX, continues in violating my rights as I may reserve the right to pursue legal actions to compensation, if this were not to be removed expeditiously. Because this has taken a huge adverse effect not only to my XXXX XXXX but to my futures livelihood and overall well-being. This removal is crucial for me to move forward with my financial endeavors and my familys future security and my right to be freed from abusive and unfair deceptive practices from Radius Global Solutions, a Third-Party Collection Agency.
