My name is XXXX and I currently have a checking account with wisley adp and I have a disputed charge that is being investigated. I called to dispute the charge and they tell me in order to get provisional credit I have to get a form in the mail, fill it out and send it back by a certain timeframe that would be impossible to make, I then asked and spoke to a supervisor who promised me that they would escalate the situation and I would see a credit within XXXX hours and that never happened. I talked to another supervisor and they told me that provisional credit would be impossible without the form and now its even less time since the first supervisor so now Ive been lied to and have no time to receive, fill out and send back the form within the deadline and I want justice seemed for both the dispute and the falsifying of actions to my bank account
