On XX/XX/year>, this company began falsely reporting that I owed money to them for a debt that I never entered into via a valid contract. I do not have a contract with this company. In violation of the FCRA 15 USC 1609, this company is using abusive tactics to extort money from me. They are being deceptive in the fact that theyve used my personal identifying information to profit from the sale of the information to others that have no lawful authority to use it. This company has no ties to me or the use of my name with out my consent. They have failed to provide proof of a verified valid contract. This has caused me damage in the fact that I have been denied credit. They are liable in their private capacity for the damages.
