Something in my name was purchased from a company called XXXX XXXX in the amount of 1995 XXXX I have never contacted them nor have I ever bought a product ir signed up for a program from them. I recently got emails from a company called XXXX XXXX which is a third party collection agency trying to collect this fraudulent debt. I have been getting emails from them harassing me about this unknown unauthorized account. Then lastly Experian credit Bureau has reported me as a late payment as well as a charge off account and Im prepared to pursue legal action against this illegal act. This is FCRA Violation. Experian is in Violation of 15 USC 1681a as well as USC 15 1666 I never authorized this fraudulent account, my privacy has been violated and I demand this be removed from my report immediately! There is an ongoing investigation into these fraudulent claims and Experian is in direct federal violation in reporting this on my consumer report. If this is not rectified and removed from my report I will pursue legal action to the fullest extent of the law!
