I paid XXXX XXXX XXXX via Venmo {$60.00} on XX/XX/year> and {$360.00} on XX/XX/year>. The vendor performed the service incompetently and damaged the products I had that he was hired to install and caused additional damage to my vehicle which cost me additional $ . I tried repeatedly to get the vendor to pay me back but he refused. XXXX XXXX XXXX has an XXXX account and I found him advertise his business via XXXX XXXX and XXXX. I filed with the XXXX ( Case # XXXX ) and the vendor didn't respond to the complaint. So I disputed with Venmo and they told me that the individual was operating a fraudulent account but that they would not refund my money because I should not have trusted him. I tried to dispute with my bank but they stated that I needed to dispute through Venmo. Both Venmo and XXXX XXXX agree that I was defrauded but no one will refund my money. Venmo claims that they shut down his fraudulent Venmo account but that doesn't help me recoup my losses. Please help.
