I am writing to bring to your immediate attention the recurring issues I have experienced regarding the application of my mortgage payments and the subsequent reporting inaccuracies to the credit bureaus. These problems have resulted in incorrect late payment statuses being reported, which is adversely affecting my credit profile. To summarize the issues : Partial Payments : On several occasions, I made partial payments followed by subsequent payments to cover the full amount. However, your system holds partial payments in a small account until the full amount is received, then the payment is applied. This process has led to the application dates being recorded incorrectly and inconsistently. Misapplied Payments : There have been instances where payments have been misapplied, further complicating the accurate tracking of my payment history. Inconsistent Responses : I have reached out to your customer service representatives multiple times. Unfortunately, I have received different answers each time, and the representatives were often unable to provide a clear solution to the problem. Credit Bureau Reporting : I have also contacted all three major credit bureaus to correct these inaccuracies. However, the late payment statuses have been inconsistently updated, sometimes changing from XXXX to XXXX days late, from XXXX to XXXX days late, and even incorrectly marking on-time payments as XXXX days late.
