Regarding my closed XXXX XXXX XXXX Account. The three bureaus are not following the spirit of the compliance procedures for 15 US Code Section 1681e, part ( b ) Accuracy of report " Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. '' Please see page 5 of the attached document. Two bureaus are reporting 30 days late for two different months. One bureau failed to even report any data.
