Equifax and XXXX continue to allow inaccurate and false reporting on my credit. XXXX XXXX not only violated the MLA and EFTA, they continue to violate FCRA as they report a late payment each month even though account is nearly 7 years charged off. This is a double negative on my account- the derogatory information for charge off and subsequent late pays each and every month. The nearly XXXX balance is wildly inflated and accounts for a significant amount of inaccurate debt on my report.
