I have previously sent disputes regarding this issue numerous times. This issue is really causing me to have significant XXXX XXXX. Experian is failing to truly investigate and validate the information that's in my consumer report. It is illegal for the bureaus to report an active payment history when the alleged account is a charged off account. This inaccurate information falsely manipulates the statute of limitations. Their negligence has violated my rights. I AM DEMANDING A DELETION IMMEDIATELY!
