I financed a car with bridgecrest/XXXX in XX/XX/year> and I think its one of the worse decisions I couldve made. I fell behind on one payment and brought my account current in XX/XX/year>, not only did I do that, I paid in advance to cover everything up until XX/XX/year>. Despite that, my car was repossessed in XXXX of 2024. The reason I was given was that XXXX was unwinding the contract. I never got the opportunity to retrieve my things from the car including the license plates and belonging from the trunk, glove compartment, arm rest and seat pockets. The DMV is suspending my license because bridgecrest refuses to issue me a repossession letter which the dmv needs to prove when the car was repossessed and determine that I didnt need insurance from XXXX until now. DMV thought I had the car all this time. The repossession thats incorrectly on my credit report is causing me difficulties with getting another car, bridgecrest wont give me my money back stating that I have to wait until the unwinding process is over. Its been 2 months since my car was taken by bridgecrest/XXXX.
