On XX/XX/2024 XXXX XXXX attempted to charge me {$190.00} for services I thought were cancelled because of my dissatisfaction with their product. XXXX XXXX placed the charge on a previously cancelled credit card. The previously cancelled card was cancelled because of unauthorized charges over a year ago. Instead of Capital One notifying the merchant the card was no good and to contact me, Capital One just moved the charge to my new credit card. This has happened on too many occasions and I am tired of it. I reported this to Capital One and was told they would cancel my card and issue a new one. I needed my card for vacation next week and was told I needed to pay {$16.00} for expedited services.
