I recently filed 2 disputes for unauthorized charges. In both cases, I submitted correspondence from the merchant involved. The first dispute was denied although I submitted correspondence from the merchant confirming that they have no record of me being a customer of theirs. The second dispute is for a fitness company that I purchased an exercise machine from but after my initial purchase, they continued to charge my card without authorization. I submitted evidence of my attempts to resolve this with the merchant but to no avail. As of XX/XX/year>, the funds have not been returned.
