On XX/XX/XXXX {$600.00} was stolen out my account from an ATM in XXXX, South Carolina in XXXX transactions of {$200.00} each. The last transaction I made was on XX/XX/XXXX for {$46.00} at an ATM in the XXXX, NY where I live. When I called capital one no one asked for this information and I also have proof of that. My claim was denied because Our research shows this transaction occurred with a chip card at a chip enabled terminal. I asked for an email to show any documentation I had but they never sent it. And I called again today for it I was told they wont be reopening my claim. Id truly appreciate help. I was robbed. Im not sure how its just being disregarded. I went on to file a police report, a ic3 report and this is my 2nd cfpb report
