On XX/XX/year> I made a pay anyone of {$100.00} to my friends mobile phone number the same way ive done before with other friends. Instead of the usual text message they receive, I received a notification with a chime tag that had received my money. I immediately contacted them and they said it could take up to 45 days to get the money back and if it was needed they would credit my account the 100 %. That same day I received an email saying my claim was denied. I contacted them again and they re opened my only to deny it again on XX/XX/year> the next day.
