I recently discovered that I have been a victim of identity theft, as reviewed a copy of my credit report. I found numerous accounts and inquiries on my credit report that were not open by me. Experian failed to inform me that my data was compromised during the XXXX XXXX XXXX. Experian 's greed for profits from selling consumer data and subscriptions, neglecting consumer rights and the XXXX. This breach exposed my personal information and led to numerous fraudulent accounts and inquiries being added. XXXX negligence hurts me and has significantly impacted my life as a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX born XXXX. Please remove the fraudulent accounts and inquiries from my credit report as soon as possible. In accordance with the FCRA, sections 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681i ) regarding the correction of errors and sections 623 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ) concerning this I demand immediate action to delete the fraudulent account from my credit report. ( See Attachments ) 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. ( AND CONSUMERS CAN NOT EVEN DELETE THEIR ACCOUNTS WITH EXPERIAN ONLINE, BECAUSE EXPERIAN DOES NOT GIVE THE OPPRESSED THE OPTION TO DELETE WHAT SO EVER. )
