I appreciate your time to REMOVE some of the erroneous items in my file that resulted from an inaccurate credit report data but I still have ITEMS left that needed to be removed. This is my 7th letter that I was the victim of faulty credit reporting. Per Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 605B ( a ) you are requiring to remove any items which was opened without my knowledge, consent or authority within 4 business days with ( 1 ) appropriate proof of the identity of the consumer ; ( 2 ) a copy of an identity theft report ; ( 3 ) the identification of such information by the consumer; and ( 4 ) a statement by the consumer that the information is not information relating to any transaction by the consumer.
