You Equifax are reporting inaccurate information to my consumer report! The accounts XXXX XXXX XXXX account number # XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX account number # XXXX are inaccurate and the information is incomplete. These accounts are being disputed in its entirety. I have attached my credit report showing incomplete and inaccurate payment history. For XXXX XXXX XXXX : 1. The payment history doesn't show when the account was 30 days late. What month and day was this alleged account 30 days late? 2.The payment history is showing 60 days late in XX/XX/year> first and then 90 days late in XX/XX/year>. Account does not show when the alleged account was 30 days late at all. It must be in order from XXXX and so on. Can not start at 60 days late. This account is inaccurate. This is a violation fix or Delete. 3.How was the last payment in XX/XX/year> and the payment history shows it was paid on time in XX/XX/year>?. This is a violation fix or delete. SEE DOCUMENTS ATTACHED For XXXX XXXX XXXX : 1.When was the account XXXX, 90 days late if this account is a charge off? The payment history must show all payments. 2.This account is not a debt anymore and must be removed if no late payments are shown. SEE DOCUMENTS ATTACHED You have an obligation by law pursuant 15 USC 1681e ( b ) ( b ) Accuracy of report Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates.
