American Express is wrongfully billing me for a charge from XXXX where the merchant failed to prove I ever purchased the item and or delivered the item. I have done business with the merchant before but this particular charge is fraud because no items or services have been granted because of this. The charge amount is XXXX of which only XXXX was credited back to me, in which case Amex is stealing XXXX. I have documentation that I never received any credit back for this charge which I have not received any merchandise for, yet Amex refuses to remove this charge from my account. Not only that Amex consistently, disobeys the law and refuses to dispute this charge for me Amex is stealing {$8200.00} from me and no one is stopping them. Amex must be held accountable.
