I went through a bankruptcy in XXXX and received a discharge. Aspire student loan servicing was removed from my credit report and the balance dropped off. Three months after the discharge they added the balance back and negatively affected my credit report. I have tried numerous times to reach out to Aspire and inquire as to way its reporting again and to speak with their bankruptcy department and have been denied the information I am seeking. I struggled to pay the loan back then and now find myself no better off than before the bankruptcy because of the balance. My principal balance has been paid down very little over the life of the loan. Many of the balances have gone up. My XXXX loans through them have totaled a little over XXXX in XXXX. In XXXX I still owe XXXX. XXXX of my payments have gone to the principal and XXXX has been paid in interest
