Within the last XXXX years I have had prsonal loans that I have REFINANCED multiple at least once a year. All closed loans due to REFINANCE are still on credit report. CLOSED ACCOUNTS have a DERROGATORY AND NEGATIVE impact!!! Reporting bureaus REFUSE to remove closed accounts, and even hold them on report for XXXX YEARS!!! XXXX YEARS of NEGATIVE reporting and XXXX YEARS of credit denial from anyone looking at credit history!! Every single credit DENIAL letter i have received was due to CLOSED ACCOUNTS for the most part!! This needs to change and credit bureaus need to STOP REPORTING NEGATIVE INFORMATION UNDER FALSE PRETENSES!!!
