I am starting this complaint because I want the general public to know my story with Ally Bank. I used Ally Bank before and their online banking was down a lot that I could not pay my bills. I complained a lot because of it. Ally Bank revenged me by kicking me out and closed my accounts. I then complained to the CFPB and their stupid employee " XXXX '' kept running in a circle saying that the reason why Ally Bank closed my accounts was because I did not take care of my accounts and caused harms to my accounts and Ally Bank. However, when I repeatedly ask " What exactly and specifically did I do that Ally Bank said I caused harms to my accounts and Ally Bank? '' Their stupid employee " XXXX '' failed to answer and marked it as a a duplicate. Ally Bank admitted that they revenged me by closing my accounts just because I complained that their online banking was down a lot that I could not pay my bills. They admitted by not answering my question directly. My question was " What exactly and specifically did I do that Ally Bank said I caused harms to my accounts and Ally Bank? ". Ally Bank admitted by marking the previous complaints as duplicated and did not answer. CFPB put all of my complaints together to create a big story and let the general public know the horrible thing about Ally Bank. Shame on Ally Bank and you should be embarrassed of yourselves! This complaint is the follow-up complaint of the previous complaints ID XXXX AND XXXX AND XXXX AND XXXX AND XXXX AND XXXX. The XXXX employee XXXX of Ally Bank did not answer my questions in complaint ID XXXX AND XXXX AND XXXX AND XXXX. The XXXX employee XXXX of XXXX Bank marked my complaints ID XXXX AND XXXX AND XXXX AND XXXX as DUPLICATED and did not respond.
