Im not liable for this debt with USCB America. I do not have a contract with the collection agency trying to collect and reporting this to my credit report. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested. This is a violation of my HIPAA rights as a consumer. In particular privacy rule 45 CFR parts 160 and 164. I demand this account removed my credit report.
