This has been hurting me as I have been in the process of securing a stable home for me and my family. Please remove the fraudulent accounts from my credit report as soon as possible. You have deleted XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX ( collection ) due to identity theft, but it is still showing as a " closed account ''. Per the FCRA & the FDCPA- you are demanded to remove ANY closed accounts that were once a collection, but removed due to the identity theft.
