I have been getting anywhere from XXXX to XXXX calls daily from this company. I had a payment plan set up, which was revised. However, they have not been submitting requests to my bank for payments. Originally, the payment plan was initiated XX/XX/year>. Payments were made until XX/XX/year>. Payment information was updated due to fraudulent charges on the initially provided bank card. They have not attempted to collect payments since then. I went to their website again on XX/XX/year> and made a payment. This payment has not been presented to my bank. I feel that they trying to force me to make larger payments than agreed upon or to pay off in full. Today, XX/XX/year>, I attempted to go to the website to investigate payment history, and to see if payment had been documented. I now can not look at the history.
