I spoke with representative along with my real estate agent, we had to pay this off in order for our mortgage to be approved. It was paid and the rep said we would receive an email stating this and they would submit to credit bureaus and it would be paid in full status and deleted off my credit bureaus, this was our verbal agreement. It is attached as well via email. It still as of today is on my credit reports. This is not okay, I have proof it was settled and needs deleted off my credit report.
