Our home mortgage was purchased by RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing and transferred to them in XXXX of this year. We provided RoundPoint with no information, and I assume everything was transferred from our previous mortgage servicing companies. In XXXX, we changed home insurance companies. I was told by my new insurance company that they would/did send our new policy to Roundpoint in late XXXX, the day we changed insurance companies. After receiving another notice from RoundPoint that it was not received, I also sent the documentation on XX/XX/year>. I was told by the RoundPoint agent on the phone that she received the insurance copy via email and we were good to go and that I could ignore any other notices. We received another notice on XX/XX/year>, that the company still did not have our home hazard policy this time for XXXX. I again contacted Roundpoint and sent a copy of our now-terminated policy that showed proof of coverage through XX/XX/year> ( the date our new policy started ). We have now received another letter, dated XX/XX/year>, that insurance has been purchased for the lapse in coverage that never occurred. I am calling them for the third time. This is ridiculous. Please help!
