Despite these steps, XXXX has failed to update their records to reflect that my debt has been fully paid. They continue to pursue collection through a collection agency Love, Beal and Nixon XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and falsely reporting my account as delinquent to the credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) XXXX and cause significant stress and harm to my credit report and score. Credit Bureau Impact : The false reporting by XXXX has negatively impacted my credit.
