I received notice about an alleged debt reporting as a collection on my consumer report that I am requesting be VALIDATED, pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) validation of debt section, 15 USC 1692g. I am writing this letter to dispute this alleged obligation, pursuant to 15 USC 1692g ( b ). I am also refusing to pay this alleged obligation, pursuant to 15 USC 1692c ( c ) and all collection efforts shall cease. STOP CONTACTING ME ABOUT THIS OR ANY OTHER RELATED MATTER YOU HAVE. CEASE AND DESIST ASAP AND DELETE THIS ACCOUNT FROM MY CREDIT REPORTS. I only give your agency permission to communicate with me ( via U.S. Mail ) by informing me with proper validation information or informing me that you have notified the credit reporting agencies that the information will be DELETED from my consumer reports.
