Good morning, I received a credit alert from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX Credit Bureau that there was a Hard Inquiry pulled from an institution : CB Indigo -- Bank on Monday, XX/XX/year>. I do not recognize this institution, and never authorized them to pull a hard inquiry from my credit report, nor do I even know what type of business this is. I strongly suspect that my identity was stolen. Also, I called the number for this institution CB Indigo Bank ( XXXX ) and they do not provide any assistance over the phone whatsoever. They only have an automated system that asks to provide Personal Identifiable Information ( PII ) such as a social security number. I am certain this is the case of identity theft and this institution is not helping whatsoever. I am pleading for help from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to have this matter resolved, and the hard inquiry removed from my credit report. More importantly, I suspect that this institution is fraudulent. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Thank you so much.
