On XX/XX/year>, I deposited a check into my business account. This check was our monthly payment for sub-contracting services that we have been providing with the same company for the past XXXX years. We have the same banking pattern each month as we depend on the payment for our basic living and to pay our mortgage and other bills. On XX/XX/year>, the funds were not made available in the account. I went to the branch that I deposited the check at and talker to XXXX, a personal banker. He told me that he would have his manager look into the issue and get back to me first thing Monday morning. On Monday XX/XX/year>, I called XXXX 's direct line as listed on his business card and he told me that he or his manger were still working on it and either he or she would call me back about my funds being unavailable. I did not receive a call back and my funds are still pending in my account. It is imperative to the operations of my business that I pay all of my bill and insurance payments on time. I can not afford overdraft or returned payment fees when the pending transactions and payments that are automatically drafted post to my account.
