On XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX of 2024, I've contacted WF CRD SEV to find out why thay are reporting a non-authorize inquiry to my credit report... I informed WF CRD SEV that I did not authorize ANYONE to run a inquiry. I explained that I contacted XXXX to ask for the removal of this inquiry and XXXX said that there's nothing that thay can do because WF CRD SEV is the company that is reporting it. I explained to WF CRD SEV that I have no open accounts that's connected to any services that WF CRD SEV may proved. That this inquiry is truly foreign and unknown to me, it is definitely not mine ... And demanded that thay remove it from my credit report immediately. There is NO LEGAL VALIDATION of this inquiry to be reported on my report ... WF CRD SEV claims that there's nothing that thay can do.. Also This WF CRD SEV has no account num # on my credit report, it just shows posted date & there company name .... On XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, And XX/XX/XXXX of 2024 I've contacted XXXX and asked why are thay assisting WF CRD SEV in reporting inaccurate and incomplete credit information, According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 906 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), XXXX are required by Federal law to VERIFY through the physical verification all accounts.. XXXX replayed that there's nothing that can do, and was told to contact WF CRD SEV.
