I had an account with XXXX acct # XXXX which was never late and was removed from my XXXX credit files due to inaccuracy and fraudulent practicesXXXX/EXPERIAN continue to report a chargeoff on my credit profile that is illegal and was never late they have chose to report account as chargeoff dated XX/XX/year> with NO data of my previous payments that were made this account has several inconsistencies as you will see below it reports what it wants to please remove this from my credit file immediately. This account Isa true VIOLTATION of THE FAIR AND ACCURATE CREDIT TRANSACTIONS ACT.
