On XX/XX/year>, I initiated an international money transfer to XXXX through sendwave. I had sent {$1600.00} to a XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX account number. The recipient was supposed to receive XXXX XXXX. My transaction was supposed to be delivered in minutes but originally said " delayed '' of which I called Sendwave to cancel the transaction since they couldn't deliver. The next day, XX/XX/year>, the status of the transaction was changed to " delivered '' but my recipient did not receive any money in XXXX I contacted sendwave immediately and I was told a reversal has been initiated. It's been over XXXX weeks now, sendwave has not credited my recipient nor refunded my dollar amount. They're now saying that " reversing the transaction is not guaranteed ''. So, basically they're trying to SCAM me of {$1600.00}. They will not deliver XXXX and won't refund my dollars. I also provided the recipient 's statement of account showing no money was received, which Sendwave acknowledged but will still not refund my dollars. They keep saying they're waiting to hear from their partners.
