The Social Security Administration declared me deceased accidentally. On XX/XX/year>, I went to the social security office and showed proof of life and was given a letter stating they made a clerical error. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and my credit and health insurance has been cut off. Meaning I could go into XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and have no insurance or be able to sign the XXXX XXXX because I don't exist!!! Additionally, my husband and I lost a house we were closing on because I am dead and have no active credit for a loan. This has greatly negatively impacted my life and the health of my XXXX XXXX. I need this resolved immediately as I could go into XXXX XXXX XXXX and I am unable to get a house because my amazing credit score no longer exist because of a SSA clerical mistake I did not make or deserve.
