I had the internet service from XXXX XXXX, I sold my house and I cancel the service with XXXX, I send back the boxes by mail, a few months later I receive a letter from a credit collection services that I owe {$50.00} dlls to XXXX, I ask why this is on collection if I send back the materials to XXXX, they dont have an aswer for me, I request something in writting of why I owe money, this was like 3 or 4 weeks ago I still dont receive any documents on my house, I this collections has to be delete from my credit report, and if I owe the {$50.00} dlls I can paid them but I need to know why and if I pay they need to erase the collection from my credit report because I think is nor fair, thank you
