Re : Previous CFPB complaint not investigated XXXX There is multiple instances of fraud throughout this finance contract. I have made multiple complaints for the issues that never have been addressed. I have yet to receive results of the investigation into the insurance fraud and late payment statuses being reported by multiple companies that furnish information for this account. This company is reporting under the alias of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Each time I request an investigation into an issue with one company they change their name and never update the original creditor on my reports. I am demanding that this account be removed immediately for the multiple violations of inaccuracy on my reports. I am demanding that they cease and desist with their collection actions until this issue is resolved. According to the CFPB they are to remove this fraudulent account from my report.
